Bethel man charged with DUI for obstructing ambulance

BETHEL, CT — Police charged a 60-year-old Bethel man with drunken driving on Friday after he allegedly failed to get out of the way of an ambulance responding to a medical call.

Steven Deluca, of Wolfpits Road, was stopped after he allegedly failed to yield the right of way while driving on Greenwood Avenue about 8:30 p.m.. Hew was also cited for obstructing an emergency vehicle.
